Order and Delivery
Orders received on weekdays are processed within 24 hours. Please note this may take up to 48 hours for shipments to be dispatched.
When placing your order please ensure that the billing and shipping address details are correct, as we are unable to redirect. Buyers are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided when ordering. When your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmatory email.
You must specify delivery address while ordering. Seller is not responsible for faulty delivery/terms of orders if you specified incorrect information.
A signature will be required upon delivery of your order. Please be aware that our service is not a named delivery service and anyone at the designated delivery address may sign for your delivery. We will not be liable for a lost or missing order that has been signed for in a building.
Examine your order upon delivery to ensure that there are no visible signs of damage.
Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch. Delivery time for USA up to 15, for European Union up to 14 and for Russia up to seven working days. We kindly ask our customers to contact us to check the delivery time and cost for other countries not listed here. Please note that in some areas there is a limited range of delivery services available. We cannot be responsible for delays because of remote delivery locations or adverse weather conditions.
If a product has gone missing during delivery because of delivery service fault, you will receive a full refund for the value of the merchandise and delivery after the confirmation letter of missing package.
We offer you custom tailoring in case of product unavailability. Implementation of the custom tailoring is done after full advance payment within three weeks from the date of the order confirmation. Custom tailoring does not involve any different fabrics, accessories, decorative items, etc.
When you place an order with us on goardalian.com, you are welcome to return any item(s) using our free returns service, provided you return them within 10 days of delivery.
Items should be returned, unused, with all garment tags still attached, and from the country that was delivered to. Our branded boxes or shopping bags are considered to be a part of the product and must be returned with the item(s). Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to you and/or a refund refused. Please note that you must cover the cost of the return shipment.
Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. If your return was purchased in a currency other than your local currency, refunds will be paid in the same currency. Due to fluctuations in currency rates the amount refunded may be slightly higher or lower than the price originally paid. We will refund the full value of your order, excluding standard shipping costs, within 10 days of receiving the products in the conditions described in this note.
